Friday’s might just be officially the best day of the week. Not only do I have no lectures (meaning extra sleep for me), but it gives me loads of time to chill out and enjoy myself- because I obviously don’t do that enough!!

Today, after getting up at half 11 (which felt amazing), Sam came back from lectures and we decided to go to the Ember Lounge for lunch. Staffordshire University students will know that the Ember Lounge is (usually) god like, thanks to its tasty food and cheap meals. And today, it really didn’t disappoint.
I ordered a Classic Burger, with extra bacon and cheese and chips, and it literally took just 10 minutes until it was on the table, ready for me to devour. And it only cost me £4- bargain!
This just goes to show that food really makes me happy. And trust me- that burger was one of the best starts to the weekend I’ve ever had, despite having work a few hours later!
