Drunken antics.

After spending the week in, getting work done and generally just chilling, last night was the night where I decided to go out. Every Friday, our on-campus nightclub hosts an event called Super Friday, which is your usual student night out- cheaper drinks, lots of people, and loads of cheesy tunes. And every Friday (it seems), I'm there.

I don't know why Super Friday is so ace, because it's the same thing literally every week. Pretty much, the same songs are played, the same drinks are consumed and the same takeaway is purchased at the end of the night (bye bye healthy bank balance!). But yet, I still go, and have an amazing time when I do. Last night was no exception!

Not only did my liver get a bit of a beating, but I found myself doing stupid things which only alcohol could be blamed for. I've had flashbacks of these this morning and throughout the day. Waking up this morning, I did my usual- open my laptop and turn on Facebook. There, set as my status was this:

This was set at the point that the Super Friday DJ played 'Survivor' by Destiny's Child and I was dancing with my good friend Emma, so when reading it, sing along in that format. Get what I was getting at? Nope, neither do I. Not only did I totally fail at the lyrics, but I don't know why I thought it was acceptable to share this with the world.

And that wasn't all. I also text a few friends some lyrics, but instead of using the real lyrics, I replaced one of the words with their name. Genius, aren't I?

So getting these flashbacks really made me smile. But not in the sense that I was proud of myself- in the sense that I'm a drunken fool who, when under the influence of alcohol, should be restrained from using a phone.
